It appeared in Fark threads for a brief period of time, measuring the "political inclination" of the thread on a scale of Commie to Fascist, possibly by counting key phrases, although the exact variables it pulled from is not known. It was about as useful as a toaster that worked underwater. The anagram formed by the name also stands for Pain In The Ass.
